This year marked significant growth in both our team size and expertise, fostering new collaborations with startups. In 2023, our team expanded by approximately 30%, honing skills across key domains such as education, healthcare, marketing, logistics, self-service, ecology and sustainability, sports, finance, and accounting. We continue to collaborate only with highly qualified specialists. Our team composition includes 60% senior-level professionals and 40% middle level. We are actively enhancing diversity, with one-third of our team members being women, and we continue to welcome fresh talent. Our multidisciplinary team, comprising developers, UX/UI experts, project managers, and quality assurance professionals, seamlessly integrates into clients’ processes, engaging directly with clients and successfully completing tasks.
Beyond the development and implementation process, we actively participate in discussions, suggesting innovative features to enhance products. Our approach involves developing software in small, iterative cycles to prevent clients from exhausting their entire budget in one go. Short cycles allow clients to showcase tangible results to investors at regular intervals.
