In 2024, the DigitalMara team continued to expand and evolve, growing by 38% with the onboarding of talented specialists across various domains. On average, our team members bring 9 years of experience to their roles, ensuring that our clients benefit from deep technical expertise and industry knowledge. Diversity is a part of our corporate culture, reflected in a balanced representation of women and men within our team. We always welcome new talents.
Operating from global locations, our team embraces remote working models, allowing for seamless collaboration while maintaining productivity and adhering to robust security standards. Whenever we identify a gap in specific skills needed by our clients, we act swiftly to fill it, whether by deploying our existing specialists or recruiting new talents with the precise expertise required. This agility allows us to remain responsive and provide tailored solutions for complex and rapidly evolving project requirements.

Looking ahead to 2025, we will continue this practice. In January, we will kick off the year by attending CES in Las Vegas, one of the world’s largest and most influential technology showcases. In February, we’ll return to TechArena Sweden to continue engaging with Europe’s vibrant tech ecosystem. This is just the start, as we plan to participate in a broader array of conferences and summits throughout the year.

We are particularly proud to have in our portfolio projects that promote sustainability. Our clients leverage technologies to make a positive impact on the environment and society.
This year we noticed considerable interest in DevOps, with clients seeking support for software and data migration, infrastructure upgrades, issue resolution, and other related tasks. These initiatives contribute to performance, reliability and automation. We work closely with clients, adopting a tailored approach to help them achieve the outcomes they’re looking for.
