Our client is a FinTech company from Estonia that offers smart finance solutions for both small and large businesses across the Baltic region. They offer a comprehensive range of services including purchase and sales invoices, receipts, different types of reports, the mobile app to manage all operations, and others. The team is dedicated to innovation, continuously working on new solutions to meet evolving needs of their customers.
Challenge
The client’s goal was to develop two new products: an internal admin tool designed to streamline internal processes and an automated signup app to simplify onboarding for new clients.
Approach
The client came to us with a clear vision for their product, including UI designs in Figma and a preferred technology stack. We began with a thorough assessment of the technical requirements and created detailed project estimates. Throughout the project, we continuously refined our approach, making necessary clarifications and adjustments based on the evolving needs and feedback from the client.
Both applications were to be developed as MVPs (Minimum Viable Products), ensuring they included all essential functionality while being seamlessly integrated into the existing ecosystem. This integration required compatibility with the current database, a login system linked to the existing service, an email service, a company search feature, and other crucial components. By aligning the new applications with these requirements, we ensured they would enhance the overall functionality of the ecosystem without disrupting the existing infrastructure.
We transferred data about existing customers into a new admin tool, as well as new accounts from the automated signup. For all smooth integrations, we have applied APIs. In addition, the signup app needed to support multiple languages to cater to a diverse customer base across different countries. This multilingual functionality was essential to ensure a seamless user experience for all customers, regardless of their location.
Results
The client successfully received two functional products that seamlessly integrated into their ecosystem. Both applications passed User Acceptance Testing (UAT), meeting all user expectations and delivering the intended functionality. With these new tools, the client is now better positioned to enhance its accounting processes, making them smarter, more efficient, and more convenient for users.
