The year is almost over and it’s time to look back and sum up. Despite the many challenges we faced in 2022, we managed to create many beautiful things together with our clients, open new locations, and grow revenue by 45% over last year.   

DigitalMara team members now have the opportunity to work from any place in any country, without causing any loss in efficiency, process or compliance with high security standards. Our clients can be assured of reliability and safety on their projects. 

All in all, we grew our team and expertise this year, including new interactions with startups.  

Team  

In 2022 our team grew by about 30%. We have increased our skills and expertise in key domains such as health, media, education, self-service, ecology and sustainability, sports, finance and accounting.  

Currently our team consists of about 40% middle developers and 60% senior developers. And we’re improving our diversity, too: one-third of our team members are women, and DigitalMara is always looking for new talent. Our developers, UX, PM and QA can be incorporated into any customer’s processes, interact with the client directly and complete their tasks successfully.  

Startups  

This year we have successfully shifted our focus to new business areas, in particular to startups. Our unique operating model allows us to take into consideration the specific interests of our clients and investors, while saving on budget and working within the required timeframe. 

Based on your business domain, we can indicate which security standards the software should meet and provide recommendations on certification, if required. We offer a flexible team build-up, which allows clients to allocate their budget most efficiently. A properly selected tech stack also saves resources.  

We don’t just implement our clients’ ideas; we can participate in the discussion and suggest some killer features to improve the product. We develop software in small iterations so as to avoid making clients spend their entire budget all at once. Short cycles allow clients to demonstrate specific, tangible results to investors.  

Processes  

DigitalMara has made all processes totally transparent for our clients while building a team, during the negotiation phase, and in the development stage. We seek a quick agreement on all conditions so we can proceed expeditiously to working on the project. We typically are ready to start a project two weeks after receiving your technical request.  

DigitalMara knows how to build successful teams from scratch. Our clients get a team of 3 to 20 qualified talents that fully corresponds to their requirements. We introduce a variety of skilled candidates so that our clients have a great selection to pick from. Together we’ll go through several stages of interviews, if necessary.  

Privacy is key, and we have deployed a special environment to ensure the safety of sensitive data and avoid unauthorized access to it.   

In 2023, DigitalMara is looking forward to being even more active and productive, strengthening all aspects of our business.
